About me
My Story
After struggling with "unexplained infertility" for 9 years,
having spent enormous amounts of money on tests and treatments, vast amounts of research and googling, I finally revisited an obvious therapy that had always worked for me - Hypnotherapy.
I had used and practiced Hypnotherapy for many things over the years from stress, to public speaking, age regression and so on.
And throughout my journey, I became passionate about helping others conceive - afterall the best way to get what you want is to help others get it!
It started with friends - coaching about yoga, diet and stress -literally buying suppliments for them.
I discovered HypnoFertility® and the wonderful lady, who founded it - Lynsi Eastburn.
This not only showed me the way forward on my own journey, but it made me realise what an epidemic infertility was.
I have been helping women conceive ever since - including myself.
I now have a beautiful baby boy called Sebastian.
(You can see more of him on my blog; baby & me).

My Philosophy
I believe conception and birth are a beautiful, natural part of life and of being a woman.
We are the ultimate creators of life and being a mother is probably the most important job - ever.
Media and social subconscious programming have made us wrongly believe that there is something wrong with birth, that it's painful and scarey - that pregnancy is a medical problem or condition that needs supervision or interventions.
My goal is to dispel these myths. I am passionate about empowering women to have the birth they want.
Pregnancy is a special time for parents, and birth can not only be pain free, but it can be ecstatic - and a truly empowering experience.
