Hello

I always cringe when asked to write about me. As a woman I have an innate fear of

being 'seen' and so have shied away from the spotlight. However, as the feminine

rises and becomes more empowered, I feel the call to share my gifts and experience

to offer whatever I can to help empower and awaken more people to their truth.

I have been on the "spiritual" path for what feels like my whole life.

At 18 I learned Transcendental meditation, which was very much going against the norm, and took an unconventional path through trauma, heartbreak, depression, to connection and self empowerment. It seemed as if the more struggle I encountered, the more I had to dig deep within to find my power and light. But find it I did.

I have trained with the likes of Louise Hayes, Doreen Virtue, Abraham Hicks, Brandon Bays just to name a few. But my biggest teacher has always been my inner guidance and knowing.

I have spent over 20 years studying various healing modalities and spiritual teachings, and have come to realise that the more I learn the less I know. 

I have stripped back the layers of conditioning, and resistance to really come to know that EVERYTHING we need is within us. We are such powerful, sovereign beings, and we really can live our full potential - we just have to believe and embrace it. - with a little help and support. 

I currently run womens circles, teach and support women to get pregnant and become empowered.

I am working with the Goddess energy anchoring it on the planet, and trying to do as little harm, and bring a little light and joy - and a bit of fun with it.  ​
